A question for the GOP debate.

I would like to ask all the candidates on stage to answer this question.

If you knew that America would lose it`s AAA credit rating before threatening to default, in order to force your agenda through,would you still think it was a good idea?

First you Mr Pawlenty....opps sorry,he just quit.

Now you Mr Cain?.........

The people with money do things to make more money. That is how they got it and that is how they keep it. How much fucking simpler do I have to make it ?

I have played that game on a very small scale, but I didn't have the stomach for it, happy now ? I admitted it. I'll chop motherfuckers to pieces with an axe or some shit, but I won't do what the fuck THEY do.

Candidates. Here's a question forya, WHO MADE THEM CANDIDATES ? Answer that and you will be on your way to understanding how this shit really works. Then you can stop wasting your time on the bullshit tripe they feed you every day.

If you knew that America would lose it`s AAA credit rating, before failing to pass a budget for two years, in order to help your party be re-elected, would you still think it was a good idea?

You do realize that passing a budget and voting on,er I mean holding the economy hostage prior to allowing the debt ceiling to be raised are two separate and distinct functions Congress performs?
How did the failure to perform one of these functions lead to the decision to use the other one as a chance to inflict grave damage on the American economy?

It sure as hell ain't the local party chairmen getting together and discussing who best serves their interest, and then in Convention, casting their collective votes for that candidate.

And THAT, ladies and gentlemen, is the problem.

Did you read the S&P report?

Failure to pass a budget and instead using continuing resolutions in addition to not raising the debt ceiling when they controlled both parts of congress because of worries about being re-elected certainly DID contribute.

And the democratic controlled congress STILL won't pass one. DOA and "I won't sign it" are what we are hearing from that half of congress and the executive branch.

The partisan finger-pointing from Squealer is just getting old.

What drove the decision was the exposure of our Political leaders as dysfunctional and ineffective.Proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that in the name of ideology certain elements of the process were willing to blow up the economy in the furtherance of their goals.
The fact that you didn't get that out of the report does not surprise me at all.

What party is in control of the 111th congress ?

The credit downgrade is on their watch.

Holding a gun to someone`s head to get 98% of what you wanted(j-boner quote) might sound like a good idea if the gun doesn`t mis-fire.

The fucking gun mis-fired and we lost our good credit.

I knew this was a questions that cons would choke on,avoid,not answer,etc.lol

Yes they did.

I remember j-boner bragging about getting 98% of what he wanted.

So he was pleased with himself.

Then our credit got cut over it.

Who creates the Budget? The US House of Representatives. Who sent 14 budget bills to the US Senate fulling knowing not one of them would pass? The US House of Representatives. I already know what you have and know you have no wiggle room to bullshit. That is metaphorically the position the Republicans in the US House of Representatives have been in all these months.

An they can't even take ownership of their failures. Would you take someone serious that had HUGE problems taking ownership of their failures and problems?

Why are you asking? I told you months ago the answer would be yes.

Now let me ask you a question O. If you run up against someone who refuses to cross an ethical line, why do you continue to try and get them to?

And maybe a better question - do you do so for politics or for a real belief in what you're doing? Let's take finances for example. Assume you earn 75 dollars. You go home to mom and say, mom, my bills are 114 dollars. Will you lend me another $14? Mom says, but I lent you $25 when you said your bills were $100!

You say, but, but mommmm. I need it.

She says, the spending track you're on is not something I can sustain. Tell you what, I'll give you the extra $14 if you bring back a plan to get things under control.

You scream, fucking bitch!!!!  Why do I have to do that? Why don't you just give me the damned money?

She says, take it or leave it son.

You fume, go tell all your friends what an asshole she is, play childish games to try and get her to give you the $14 anyway, tell her well fuck it, if I have to do that, I'm just going to default on them and it'll come back on YOU.

She shrugs and goes back to doing the laundry.

The head to head goes down to the last minute of the last day, where you finally come crawling in and say ok, fine. I'll get some of my buddies to sit down and work out a plan because I'm not capable. She thinks about it, says ok, gives you the $14.

You wipe the sweat from your brow, run out and start telling the world what a fucking idiot she was to take you down to the last minute. THE BITCH caused me to get my credit score lowered. What  FUCKING whore.

So, next time you run into Mom and say, mom, I need $10 bucks, and she says, here's what I want if i'm going to let you have more money.. are you going to play your stupid games, or try to work a real deal with her?

That's about the gist of all the maneuvering prior to the debt ceiling increase. The only question in my mind is, did the dickheads who thought it would be politics as usual learn anything?

If the Republicans didn't want to increase the Debt Limit, why did they pass all the spending bills which required it to be raised in the first place?
