fair enough, that makes sense. got any actual proof, or just inference. i'm no expert but policy based on conjecture and inference has a habit of fucking up royally. just look how well it worked in iraq - right? i mean the mb-runs-egypt/mb-is-terrorist shit sounds cool and all, but is there any fucking proof?

Israel's current borders are not recognised by as single country in the world - not even the usually servile US Govt. Israel's annexation of Jerusalem has been condemned as "null and void" by the UN Security Council. Israel ignores international law and UN resolutions and is engaged in a blatantly illegal attempt at stealing Palestinian land it has kept for 43 years through a brutal military occupation. This occupation has resulted in thousands of unnecessary (Israeli and Palestinian) deaths and continues to cause numerous deaths today. Israel's internationally-recognised borders are those that were in existence up to 1967. It matters because you need to know against which group to retaliate and from knowing which group is responsible, you can also conclude who is their patron. In all likelihood, this has nothing to do with the Muslim Brotherhood, as they are still not in power in Egypt, which is currently ruled by a military junta pending elections. the organization Israel has claimed was behind this, based on intel, is the PRC (Popular Resistance Committees). Hezballah is known to be their main benefactor, which means it is far more likely that the attack came from Iran or Syria - both of which have an interest to turn the world's attention away from the syrian revolt thingy.

Even though those borders are disputed. She also ignore Res. 242, that requires an end of belligerence for a return to the pre 67 borders. Current borders are recognized by the UN until that happens.
