Am I a bitch for not wanting to read submichael's story?

LadyHibiscus -> RE: Do you consider yourself a Bitch? (8/24/2011 3:37:43 PM)

No Zephy, you're just a discerning reader.

(sorry - didn't mean for that to be so big!)

Real bitches never apologize for anything that is so big..be it their heart, their power or their attitude. :)

May I offer my meaning for the word?

Bitch = female canine

Strong opinionated independent woman = asset

HannahLynHeather -> RE: Do you consider yourself a Bitch? (8/25/2011 6:26:44 AM)

awww, that's so sweet. [8|]

I have decided I want to amend my post on this thread. Yes. I am going to be a bitch from now on when dealing with fools. I am tired of them. They annoy me.

LadyA.
-perspective from a lady interested in ladies-sub-

No, I do not consider myself a bitch; however, I can shift gears quick enough to make a head spin, and I believe that all women are liable to claim the same depending on the circumstances.
Being raised where I'm from, referring to women other than ma'am, is likely to have negative consequences; besides that it's just plain disrespectful, so I wouldn't refer to a woman as a bitch unless highly warranted, nor do I condone such talk in my day to day conversations. If or when people start talking 'that' way, I remove myself from said equation promptly.

I am not a bitch, just to be a bitch; unless my sugar level drops, even then it's just more likely that I have to be mindful of how I treat/speak to people. Self control, and all that jazzy jazz. ;)

I'm in agreement with much of what Was said above by "tantri," as well as "lockit.".

Perhaps this is unrelated, or people may not see the connection I am trying to create.
When training domestic animals, if they react negatively to; say, my grabbing their paw to clip the nails, I'll spend weeks after the fact grabbing their paw randomly. It's a tactic if I'm not mistaken, when training horses as well; I forget the term. Grrr. Ah!
Desensitizing them. Yes. Although that is likely a tall order when it comes to desentizing words, to tall of an order.

In other words, the term is offensive and usually meant to be so; although, wearing it out as much as possible could have the added benefit of desentizing the word and it losing its... Power.

I can handle women referring to themselves as bitches, sometimes I can even find it attractive. I don't appreciate women or men calling other women bitches though; even if warranted.

Last thing; Lady A, I'm curious of your perspective in regards to the theme of the thread. Would you care to share?

You're replying to a five year old thread, and to users who haven't participated here in nearly that long or were figments of a damaged person's imagination.

Big HELLO to LadyHibiscus!

stef -> RE: Do you consider yourself a Bitch? (10/2/2016 4:51:21 PM)

The last time Lady Hibiscus visited these forums was 12/9/2012. I wouldn't expect her to reply.

jackybotttom -> RE: Do you consider yourself a Bitch? (2/12/2017 7:40:44 AM)

bitch to me is the submissive cum dump for master or someone mistress has allowed to use and abuse and left dripping both ends from the evenings events, house slut for guest. billy

LisaSadistic -> RE: Do you consider yourself a Bitch? (2/19/2017 12:04:30 AM)

Being a bitch is like being a feminist. I have no idea what the word means, but I do know I get called one every time I distinguish myself from a doormat.
