Seif al-Islam's sudden — even surreal — arrival at a Tripoli hotel where foreign journalists are staying threw the situation in the capital into confusion. It underlined the potential for Gadhafi, whose whereabouts remain unknown, to lash back even as his grip on power seemed to be slipping fast. The innocents in Tripoli might still want to keep their heads down for a while.

I doubt the U.S. will intervene in Saudi Arabia.After all,they are Americans oil daddy.The U.S. does not want to ruin that over something as little as "human rights"!!.

Yeah, I can sort of feature the euphoria, but it is far too early to take a wait and see attitude, but being grounded in some reality, when they have a tape of the fat lady singing, I will become mildly euphoric too, but will not be totally convinced until she headlines a concert held in my hometown.
