there are no such a thing as dowery rights.

and there are no dowry rights expressed ever in the constitution, nor were there dowry rights taken away by the amendments.

federal law abolished dower in 1945.

Arpig, you may have missed it, but the point was that it is ONLY in reference to the president that a gendered pronoun is used.

As far as the "it is the way the language works," that argument really does not work. At the time the pronoun "he" in the Constitution really meant a male. It was not a universal pronoun.

As an example of this, you are aware that some women did in fact have the right to vote before this Constitution, yes? And this document removed that right.

However, the whole thing is as silly as the OPs argument, which is what I was trying to show.

Property was owned by men, and women had doweries, and owned usualy only as a widow.
