Oh well if you want fiction there are plenty of other threads you can read.

I was hoping to get Firm involved but from his last post I expect that he does not know as much as he thinks he knows and he wont be back at least not with something I can dig my teeth into.

Unlike most out here I thrive on complicated shit.

like I said I am not into the koolaid version of con law and I post supreme court cases that back me up.

No one has the knowledge to even comment on it because they are so drunk on their koolaid spiked with water they never even heard of much of what I bring to the table.

If reality is not to mikees liking well then he can find something he is more familiar with like leftee versus rightee ad nauseum circle jerks to get himself involved in.  Maybe macrame.

I only really have fun at these when people are educated and intelligent enough to go a round and toss shit back at me, as in cases, citations, law reviews, and pivotal historical "controlling" records etc.

That is where the fun is at.

At least for those who got past the proper interpretation of "We the People".  LOL

here:

right out of the fucking law dictionary with the supporting/controlling cases.  LMAO

freedom american style.

any wonder americans are so fucking delusional and getting their asses kicked into the next century every time they go into fucking court.  Look at the ohaha cases where no one can touch him.  Not even attorneys understand this shit or they would have nailed his ass a long time ago.  Fact of the matter is their angles have only a thin thread of a snow balls chance in hell of getting remedy on that issues and they are too fucking stooid to see it.  But I do.  Its simple when you understand the core system

R0,

If you lose your audience, all of your work is for naught.

Too often, I read some pretty complex stuff, where the basic principles are lost in the lawyerly argument about the placement of periods and the definition of "is".

There is a place for that, sometimes, but I'm not really interested - in this place, at this time - in arguing over them all that much.

I sometimes use the forums to explore ideas.  Sometimes the responses help me to think, and clarify my thoughts.  Sometimes they are just entertainment.  Sometimes they are neither.

I have also found that it is easier to get people to eat an "elephant" one bite at a time, when attempting to bring others over to my point of view.  And sometimes, my point of view is changed in the gestalt, when someone manages to change my thoughts on a single, simple point.

I guess what I am saying that your tactics and techniques seem to be pretty ineffective, even when you have a good point, and you spend way too much time arguing over the number of angels dancing on the head of a pin, and that this forum is likely better suited - most of the time - for a different method of convincing people that your views have any merit.

Nope, you have your eyes crossed, the fool is you, always has been.

So, in a nutshell a constitutor is a bailbondsman for example.

Dunno what to tell ya man.

The problem is that and I really hate to say it that most of america is nothing more than a bunch of fucking retards.

It is impossible to spoon feed several years of law in one or 2 posts and it is impossible to even talk about it without a few paragraphs to give the back ground and it is impossible to avoid the fucking loonatics like the poster above who will be proven wrong and still claim I am wrong.

They are worthless as the people who want to censor content.   The ones who constantly come out and cry conspiracy theory and complain to mods to censor material.  those are the ones to watch.  They have an anti freedom agenda.

That said since people do not beat trash out of posters that do that I simply put it out here and those with a brain get educated and the retards are forever retards.

I wont pander to retards to try and teach an ignorant fuck that does not want to be taught.   Its more fun to show them to be the fools that they are.

But I do have all the really fucking HOT stuff....  when it comes to leeego
