I'm curious why you would want to back cross her to get 7/16 pups? There isn't so much of a market for them as there used to be thank goodness. Otherwise they could become the next 'bad ass dog' for gangsta punks.

THERE IS A BIG MARKET FOR "trained" 3/4 OR 7/8S... ..I WILL RAISE ONE LITTER A YEAR AND TRAIN TO PROTECT,I HAVEN'T A PROBLEM EVER PLACING THEM THIS FAR..B

Wolf hybrids are pathetic animals, and probably are a danger. I can't believe people are still ignorant enough to be breeding them.

Youre not seriously trying to argue that wolves act like Australian Shepards around livestock, are you?

Sanity, what is wrong with you? I think the point is pretty obvious, but let me be clear. Pretend you are a rancher. You have a dead lamb. Obviously killed by some kind of predator, there are slash marks. You get paid if it was killed by a wolf. You don't if your dog killed it. What to do?

ITS not the hybreds, its the fools that own them or the fools that sell a dog to anyone with cash,I screen all that inquire about a dog including doing back ground checks.I wish you could see my two young daughter who use them for playmates every day,NO its not the crosses but the fools who buy them..B

That was the prob with mine, Bounty. He wasn't socialized when he was young. They basically let him run half wild over the mountain for years. Very damn irresponsible. But, he decided he liked Me so when the owner moved, I took him in. He LOOOOOOOOOOOOOVED AC vents.

Whatever. Why people insist on breeding and keeping wild (or semi wild) animals as pets is beyond me. It is bad for wildlife and humans alike. Fortunately we were able to zone out the keeping of exotic pets in my area, but I suppose stupidity knows no boundaries. I am sure the "breeders" just went somewhere else.
