Status: offline 		In my inbox some user names and bright and others are faded.  I can't figure out why or where on this site to ask.  Does anyone know why this happens?

Yes, usernames are coded by roles, and I've been pissed off for 3 years that switches are the same color as subs :(

Status: offline 		I'll wager it will be more than scorch marks! But a little blood letting might be just the way for him to pick up some helpful hints. Hell, bruises heal up rather quickly, but a bad profile could haunt him a lot longer!

Yup.  But growth almost always involves some pain.

He can have that pain here, in small concentrated doses, or spread it out over months and years as he seeks what he seeks.

I'm interested to see how he chooses. ....
