What are you on about? Those are the laws. Any chart can be pulled for review. At any time a complaint can be made and those charts will be pulled. Since late term abortions are rare, they will be pulled anyways.

Huge difference. Life support is ended when it is determined that a person no longer has a life ahead of them. An unborn child has a whole lifetime ahead of them. You will fail on every possible argument in favor of abortion once you admit that there is a human life. All you have left is the mothers right to murder. good luck with that.

If it's murder, then what makes the fetus murdered with private funds more important than the 14 year old girl murdered with your tax dollars?

Hospitals do it as a routine part of care. Its called medical case review. Insurance companies perform the same review, especially as late term abortions can be expensive. Teaching hospitals review almost every case as a standard of care.

No new hiring needs to be done.

So. Who does the Hospital file their reports with going forward?

Without the mother, there is no life expectancy... which is why its centered around viability. When a fetus reaches the age of viability, it becomes murder. Simple enough for most people to understand.

Yes, the hospitals do report cases of gross negligence. Other physicians report them. Medical staff report them. I testified against two Doctors myself after we nurses reported a physician to our risk management manager, who investigated and turned them in to the state.

Where do you get your information?

But that's not what they're talking about. They're talking about governmental review of all abortion records, to further stigmatize women.

You can't do that without hiring people to collect the reports.

So, again, my point. If it's murder, why aren't you calling for the prosecution of the mother and the doctor for murder?

And if it's murder fetuses with private funds, why is that worse than murdering a 14 year old girl with tax dollars?

But I will be damned if I will settle back and allow someone in government to decide that issue for all women.
