If abortion is murder, and a doctor and mother conspire to and commit murder, why wouldn't you want both of them executed for their crime of murder?

I don't believe there is a valid excuse to abort a living baby, nor is there one for creating many fertilized eggs and then after they are fertilized throwing them in the trash. It is all purely evil. However, no one learns by dying. I don't want people to die. I want them to be better people.

Well, what about a 27-year-old woman who was 11 weeks pregnant with her fifth child. The pregnancy was causing severe health problems for the woman, who suffers from pulmonary hypertension, and her doctors told her that if she continued with the pregnancy, her risk of death was close to 100 percent -- and the baby would die as well? Isn't that a valid excuse?

If the mother chose that option, to her its a valid excuse and I wont question it. When birth control is 100% effective and we still have women getting pregnant ,,, then my position may change.

For to do any less would only be idle speculation and as such only based on your own preconceived ideologies developed from a platform totally skewed from the one you are evaluating. I have walked upon many paths as an observer... and I do not follow nor support any religion in itself... rather I encourage and support individuals whom I believe to be honorable in the pathways they have chosen to walk. So I allow... even encourage people of faith to write within the pages of my paper so they may teach the basic wisdoms they have to offer. Yes, I know that faith makes many all too blind to the depths that help to reveal truth... but as I have yet to meet a man capable of recognizing even an aspect of truth in an unbiased manner I like the idea that there is a restraining and guiding force that helps him to survive his journey in spite of his inherent weaknesses. Many religions do just that… act as a guidebook to the journey of life. I have noticed that there are many who like to criticize others and even feel compelled to stop others from living as they believe they should. While in some cases this has some merit as in stopping the Islamic extremists from blowing up another building or from taking over the world and making slaves of us all as is their teachings... There are all too many within our country who wish to change the lives of others… insisting that they live within only the “politically accepted” perspective and these people are actively attempting to do away with the inherent values and beliefs that made our nation great. They refuse to allow others their own beliefs and values. There are always extremists in any group... but within the group known as liberals there are far too many who seem to justify any and all of their own actions by any means they can prescribe to... even when there is no honor in what they say and do… and especially in the way they behave. They feel and act superior to any who walk a different path while claiming to be the supporters of different paths.... an oxymoron I do believe. Faltron
