I never disputed the validity of cold fusion. Anyone with a thermometer can conform or deny it. But then there was something more interesting afoot, and actually developed in my hometown. That damn generator. Let herbert cry bullshit all he wants, but the fact is that for about near a million bucks you can build a machine that will supply your house with electricity for about eight years, maybe even ten ! No electric bill ! WOW what a breakthr......... Hold on here. Close to a million dollars ? If your electric bill is $200 per month, in ten years that is $24,000. The machine costs half a mil. or so. If it lasts ten years your electric bill is over four grand a month. Cold fusion is really not much more than any exothermic chemical reaction. Let's put it this way, if it can't boil water it ain't worth a shit. Really. T^T
