THe solution is simple . Just like losing weight. If you want to lose wright stop eating (or redude the amount of food in) and exercise.

If you want to find a "perfect sub". Search and look for it , it is that simple . It doesn't mean you will find her/him, but if you don't look , you will never find him/her.
