You clearly have no clue about celestial navigation.
What you posted above is not possible.
If one is to navigate with a sextant then one also needs a chronometer,a star chart called bowditch and a chart of the area you are in.
unless:
You are a polynesian navigator they use none of the above and achieve exact landfalls on voyages of thousands of miles.

I am curious though...why do those who don't like Obama express their dislike in such hateful terms? Many of the posts I see are so visceral in their response, whether it's a thread they initiate or a response in a thread. I'm not saying you, in particular, Aylee, just all those who express themselves in this way.

Visceral? Because he is frighteningly dangerous for this country's future, and that evokes visceral responses.

I dunno if I agree with that evaluation of the statement. I think it was an off the cuff statement that Obama didn't realize that it would sound more desperate than he intended, and while I can find amusement in it, I don't think it's terribly significant.

But what I was specifically speaking of was with regards to Obama. I don't understand the hateful sentiments towards him. Why hate?

You can't blame the state of the economy wholly on Obama. Bush started the downward spiral. And the economy in this country is influenced by factors outside the country as well. You can't have an economy that would thrive in an isolated bubble, while the rest of the world is in a downward spiral. In today's markets, it's just not possible.

It is possible to deal with the global market, it just requires businessmen who know what the fuck they are doing. And Bush staved off the downward spiral created by the Dems as long as he could. Get your history straight.
