A lot of legitimate people choose not to attend bdsm events. I went a few and decided I did not care for them, and would never rely on them to meet people. You can also meet fakes and phonies in real life - predators who go to events but are still married and cheating or who claim to have experience and have none. You can also meet sociopaths and lunatics at clubs and partites just as easily as online.

People can find out if someone is really a 50 year old greasy fat balding man by using a web cam and a telephone. If you want to meet a busty blonde from Ohio she is not necessarily at the local munch -- but you sure as hell will find the 50 year old greasy fat bald man there.

To the OP,
If you enjoyed Her then put aside the old Her and start fresh.
However... be leery of a person who behaves that way....IMHO She may have some reasons for changing her profile that would not be
lets say for legal reasons,she ripped someone off etc....

first your first thoughts are always right this is
most likely the same person. Second i had
this happen to me. I turn a person down and'
all of the sudden I had people writing to me in a
very strange way, for instance " this was how it
was written, " oh i am such a strong man
if my friends saw me oh my awwww heee
I am so macho this is not like me if my friends
saw me oh wow. In all of my years as a domme
I have never had anyone write me in that manner.
I have a 6th sense that is stronger then any one
i know this was the same person, there is not much you can
do but just do not speak with her again it will be nothing but
a problem for you. I learn i told this person " you sound so
strange you sound like someone I know there was a saying he
would say after we would sign off and this was not a usual saying
only few said this, this gave him away. Old habit are hard to break

Hello,

I would just like to add that this web site , local munches, kink fairs etc are all tools to locate something you are interested in. I agree that you can find flakes and real pple in any venue. You still have to know what you want for your current situation, screen well, and rely on your instincts.

I am of the opinion that it is appropiate for subs to have boundries. After all you should be able to trust the person not to maim you. I am also of the opinion that saying you are dominant does not give you a free pass to be an irresponsible self indulgent flake. Rules of civil society still apply.

My current sub I met here. The last one I met while out with friends at a local chain sporty bar , the one previous I met betta testing a videogame. I just depended on where I was in my life at that time. It is just meeting pple. What happens next is determined by your criteria.

I would agree with Julie. If a red flag pops up then it is more then likely your instincts telling you the truth. Ask for a face picture (assuming you know what Her face looks like). Look for simliar things in Her speaking, actions and such.

I agree that it might possibly be the same woman and she just doesn't remember you. Or she might have changed enough that she feels like someone different. If she denies it, then you have to decide whether or not to believe her.

On the reverse side, I usually remember subs that contact me and it's funny when a few months go by and they contact me again when I've already told them it won't work. My profile states, I think clearly, what I want or don't want. Guess I['m not so memorable

I have to agree! This could be the very best way. True, you need skills to weed throught the fakes and players. But instinct and gut feleings prevailed for me. I found the ONE I want to love and serve for the rest of my life, right here. Thank you Collarme.com!
As for the locals? We have one of the biggest finest munches in the state or Florida. Complete with play areas. And unlike most munches, you can wear any fetish clothes you wish to wear. I have never seen one Domme that I'd in anyway be attracted to for even play, let alone what I seek.
