oddlots347 -> RE: Is it taboo?? (9/18/2011 3:16:46 PM)

I am positive that I will get the same sadistic thrill I get when I whip the shit out of a man and nothing sexual even if I do CBT. Thanks for everyone's input and the different views you all gave me.

oddlots347 -> RE: Is it taboo?? (9/18/2011 3:20:05 PM)

Thank you, that is a good point and something to think about.

Am I the only one that laughed at the fact that he wrote str8?

oddlots347 -> RE: Is it taboo?? (9/18/2011 4:19:43 PM)

Not trying to be a skater punk did not know some would get so offended by the usage of str8 and not the spelled out STRAIGHT.

Oddlots347

I understand now, why do I understand now well oddlost I had to defend myself when I was a teen,
I live in a place where no one should ever rasie children!  I understand the "rush" you speak of I had never
pick on anyone I was very small and I had a dad whom said "I will beat you if you do not kick her ass"!!!!!!
So I learn who to fight more like boxing!  When someone came to fight I tried to talk them out of it , as fools are they never listen so my rush was indeed a powerful one!  I fought so many I had the right of :do not mess with her she will defend
herself!   So I hope I did not sound picky, odd but I gotten it now , also thank you for answering my little message!

littlewonder -> RE: Is it taboo?? (9/18/2011 6:03:27 PM)

first off, when I see str8 the only thing I can picture is that you have the mentality of a teenager or you wish you were a teenager again...not my thing but whatever floats your boat.

Second, I have no idea if it makes you straight or bi or gay or whatever. Does it really matter to you? If you get off on it or whatever since you said you don't get off on it..I can't say I understand it...but if you like it, just do it. Otherwise if it bothers you then don't do it. Simple.

The enjoyment I would get from it is to enjoyment of inflicting the pain and knowing how bad it hurts and seeing how far I can push them. I would not view it as a sexual act since I am not sexually attracted to men, this would be just a total act to punish. To me that is a total rush!!

You are in good company. I have found I can enjoy being sadistic with another woman, even though there is no sexual attraction for me.

It's just fun, and a different kind of rush.

Ignore narrow-mindedness. Do it and enjoy it. It does not make you anything other than what you already are.

For some play is sexual, for some it is not. The debate will never be settled. Trust your own answers.

I can't be physically sadistic with a female but I definitely can flog hell out of a male. It isn't sexual at all. It's just Dominant. I guess it is similar to the competitiveness and defeating someone at a sport. Especially at a combat sport. You enjoy the hell out of hurting someone but it isn't sexual.

peppermint -> RE: Is it taboo?? (9/18/2011 6:41:15 PM)

Look, you enjoy it like some of my D0m friends enjoy it. You are Dom. Who is stopping you from doing exactly what you like to do? No one except you. So go for it. Fuck other people. Who gives a shit about them. anyway.

Please excuse me if i am being rude. Gary took me out to the local pub and bought me 3 drinks...and I'm a cheap drunk.

However, if you enjoy something, do not let others keep you from doing that which you enjoy.

ProlificNeeds -> RE: Is it taboo?? (9/18/2011 8:26:59 PM)

I can totally empathize, I am heterosexual, I am not attracted to women sexually, however I have topped some in sadistic scene's and I fully enjoyed it. My Sadism side is never about sexual arousal though, it's about a keen sense of thrill and empowerment. It's hard to define it since I never bothered to think on it that much, all I know is it makes me feel good to do what I enjoy. Doesn't mean I've decided to swing the other way though.

It is what it is, don't over think it. Try it out, let the sub know it's new to you and you're branching out, then if it doesn't fulfill you the way you hoped the bottom won't think it was somehow their fault you didn't enjoy it. Short of that, do what you enjoy and stop worrying if it makes you this or that.

Oh no, not offended not in the slighest, it made me giggle.

But apparently I ruffled some feathers and warrented 3 posts of rebutle... so there for I apologize.

hangemhigh1953 -> RE: Is it taboo?? (9/18/2011 9:51:36 PM)

It's because most people see BDSM as a purely sexual thing.

As for the gay/bi/straight thing... who cares... you're married, if your wife's ok with it then why deny yourself something you enjoy?

LanceHughes -> RE: Is it taboo?? (9/18/2011 10:21:06 PM)

Gay Dom here!  I've flogged many a person without any sexual feeling.  Both genders!

Now, as to CBT - just gave a lecture to some gay men on exactly that.  Had a great time hurting some of them and had no sexual reaction - i.e. hard-on until they verbalized their pain.

I think the answer is above - if there's no relationship, well guess what!  There's no relationship!

Also this thread reminds me so very, very much of the forced cock-sucking threads.

Answer from there - actions do NOT determine a person's orientation.  Also, from above, GAY PEOPLE KNOW THEY ARE GAY!

If you have to ask "Will I descover that I'm gay by performing a gay act, should I try anyway?" you are NOT!  And I'm really, really sorry to see that you buy into the "gays are recruited" mentality.

I could go on, but you get the idea.... I hope!

Aileen1968 -> RE: Is it taboo?? (9/19/2011 4:43:54 AM)

It's sexual for both of us and it's not casual. It would be taboo for him to do anything with another male for those reasons.
Plus....he doesn't get his satisfaction from the act of hitting someone. He gets his satisfaction from hitting me.
Just as I don't get satisfaction from being hit by anyone. Just him.

oddlots347 -> RE: Is it taboo?? (9/19/2011 6:18:37 AM)

Well, you know what they say about opinions....
You should really take time to get to know someone before passing judgment.

oddlots347 -> RE: Is it taboo?? (9/19/2011 7:06:04 AM)

I do not know if this makes a difference or not, but some people are thinking I play without my wife...we always play as a team together. Just thought I would make that understood.
