I tend to doubt it also, but I dont doubt that the GOP will have 58-60 seats after the shitstorm that is going to hit the Dems.

In the House hopefully

This is why we need to tax the rich.  And remember, a strong infrastructure makes this country strong.

President Obama: "You don't raise taxes in a recession".

Why not?  The Republican god, Reagan, certainly had.

Limited and targeted tax increases, not Individual taxes and capital gains taxes and only after the Dems lied about spending cuts.

Your lies are beyond fucking retarded. Stockman, (possibly the only numerate republican in the history of the world) said that it was your brand of nutsucking dipshit republicans who lied about spending cuts.

I notice willbe hit upon my assertion that we should tax the wealthy to make this country strong but had no argument to my assertion that a strong infrastructure is what would accomplish making this country strong.  (Ike sold the interstate highway system as a national defense project).

You remind me of some of the screaming wild-eyed sidewalk crazies infesting downtown Boise. Theyre especially bad this year...

Hopefully we will get a good hard winter, and they will go back to California where they belong

You remind me of a tongue in Limbaugh's ass.

I see you haven't yet in all the years you've been here posted on topic, with no ad hominems, or shown any facts.

You are the wild-eyed, screaming crazy perimenopausal drag queen on this board, who also spends alot of time gaybashing when you are not flouncing otherwise.

That isnt quite the way you put it in the OP. You posited simply that is "needed". Nobody argues that maintaining infrastructure is a bad thing. To claim that it "would accomplish making this country strong" is far too simplistic though. Infrastructure at the cost of more debt will not accomplish anything. Have you seen the stock market today? Truly needed nfrastructure also doesnt have to be publicly funded.
