Desert...you know I was funnin with ya....don't blush, although it is cute! erudit Yoga will really help you become limber and also many use it with the mental aspects of peace and saying a mantra for meditation. If you want to defy gravity, you probably need to go to something more physical like spinning, or kickboxing arobics, or something that really makes you sweat and speeds up your metabolism (NO, SEX DOES NOT COUNT or we'd all bee great shape!) Good luck with everything your attempting as it really sounds like a positive in your life. Onward, Kevin
