One of the first things you should learn as a top/master/dom is not punish when angry, not "take it out" on a sub/slave/bottom just because you are angry, and personally I think if you have to raise your voice you are showing weakness, bad training and/or bullying. If you have real control over another, you need to have real control of yourself. A few people like angry/loud top behavior, most do not. As a protocol I do not support it.
