Aileen, if you took a brisk walk for a couple of miles five times a week you'd lose weight and feel better!
And as for the "cleanse" just eat a big bowl of oatmeal and a glass of orange juice.
The only fat part on me is my gut. My arms, legs etc are strong and muscular from going to the gym but I'm not one of those "body builder" types, I just like to stay fit.
I noticed that when I stepped up the treadmill to close to my target heartbeat for a couple of weeks that my pants were looser and if I cut down on portions when eating that made a big difference too.
But, if this thing works for you and you feel better then have at it.
It wouldn't hurt to start a walking regimen and do it year round and that should take care of any excess weight. Plus, you'll feel better physically and emotionally too and have more energy.
Post some "before" and "after" pics in here! That would be fun.
