I'm not at that milestone yet, but have on more than one occasion had to call my cousin and ask her how old I am, lol. Yes, I literally forgot my age. Best advice I could give you? Always trust your gut instincts. At 50 (and having seen your posts), you have developed them. Go with your gut and you won't have regrets. Everything we do, even those things we wouldn't repeat aren't mistakes, they were experiences that brought you to where you are now. Without them, you would have taken a different road. People used to ask me if I regret marrying my ex husband. He is a huge asshole, the marriage sucked. But I don't regret it at all. Without that marriage, I never would have fallen into the career that I loved. There is a huge difference between "regret" and saying if you had to do it all over again you wouldn't repeat the experience. Of course not! Hindsight is always 20/20.
