I agree that healthcare is a much better career than almost anything, and I've worked at hospital (as an admin). I also wonder why you can't find a good dom who is a good match for you. I would just use standard precautions (public place, no strings first meeting) and be willing to walk away if they don't have the innate skills to mesh with your wants and needs. If you are just horny, finding a dom to play with on an "unowned" basis should be pretty easy for you. Best of luck. .
