From what I can find... which isn't a lot, it is okay to go topless and in some cases a judge will decide if it is okay to go topless in Canada. I stand corrected on this.

However, on further research in determining the age of pizza delivery persons in Canada, I could only find a requirement of some high school, a drivers license and no age requirement listed in many ads by large pizza companies in Canada, thus I must assume that it is possible for a minor to deliver pizza. Now, we are not talking a simple flashing. We are not just talking flashing boobs. We are talking a totally nude woman ready to give a stranger a blow job.

Now... a pizza is ordered... the company complies and sends a driver with the pizza. He has no choice but to deliver the pizza as ordered by the customer and paid for by the employer. Thus, one could consider that this was a forced situation in which from what I read, becomes a different situation under Canadian law and findings by a judge could include indecency, possible sexual crimes or disorderly conduct by said kinky, flashing and blow job wanna be. It could also be considered that the employer might have some position in this type of situation, refuse to deliver to the address and might have some request for law enforcement because of what an innocent delivery job turned out to be.

The op did not just talk about flashing boobs. He talked of sex in public... which could be at the door with the pizza guy for all we know. He was talking about subjecting a guy, willing or not to a nude woman exposing more than boobs, offering a blow job in the process of doing his job. Besides the legal aspects, how about a religious pizza delivery person? How about a former abuse victim delivering pizza to put themselves through school and coming upon a situation uninvited. There were some statements made on interpretation of the situation in a court setting and what might be acceptable in many ways.

Still... not risk free and still could be a crime depending on interpretation of the law/situation by a court and could be subjecting a minor to this kinkfest they didn't invite and happy about it or not... you don't have to be some saggy titted, sexually repressed American to think this could be problematic.

Apparently there was a case in Canada that found that exposed breasts were not obscene:

So, it is legal, but most (obviously not all)  Canadian women have the brains and good taste not to flash their tits to people who don't want to see 'em.

Aren't you cute. Bottom line, 16 is a minor and they did not consent before hand to deliver a pizza to a nude woman offering a sexual act. Some parents even in Canada... could find this unacceptable which from what I read and believed it meant... could pose other legal definitions and results.

You are talking about a situation where the 16 year old consents. This is a set up kinky deed that the driver... minor or not, did not consent to.

There are ways you can do all of this without actually involving folks who have not consented to be part of your kink.  Use your imagination and do some planning.  It will probably save you much embarrassment, and possibly spare you an ass kicking.
