Smartsub10: No I did not have pelvic injuries. I think I would have figured that one out on my own, that my pelvic injuries were the cause of my sexual discomforts. ;) LadyHibiscus: Normally I would think that is what would happen, eventually. I however have never had any nocturnal emissions (guess I've always masturbated often enough), so my body isn't used to... emptying it self that way. As I will get into later, the medications I was on were also likely a factor in my body's failure to do this. I have thought about it and I think that I would have eventually had a nocturnal emission, but in my case I believe my body allowed itself to not have a nocturnal emission for too long, to the point that harm was caused. Again, this could be because of the drugs, and the lack of ever having had any nocturnal emissions before. Also in the case of those wearing chastity devices the device could likely interfere with the penis' ability to ejaculate even in what would normally be a nocturnal emission, since they leave no room for the penis to get hard so it can properly ejaculate. Forcing a man to wear such a device for too long could likely prevent him from ejaculating in this way as well, and interfere with natural nocturnal emissions. Finally, I could compare myself to someone in the above situation in "restraint" because in the hospital I was constantly being given drugs which cause sexual disfunction, such as opiate painkillers and benzodiazepines. From what I experienced after the hospital I know that I can not normally successfully masturbate for hours after taking narcotic painkillers, and since I was on them constantly at the hospital (even getting them during the night), that likely prevented any nocturnal emission that would have occured. I was effectively chemically "restrained" from having an orgasm, even a wet dream, for the 28 days, and I believe that caused some harm which took time to heal.
