And why do we even have any relations or communications with Uganda?
I wonder how much "foreign aid" they're stealing?
I wish the election were next month instead of next year. Oblunder is insane.

Status: offline 		Let me see. We are sending 100 Special Forces an 45 million dollars in equipment in to the area. I keep wondering how much more money will be sent. Our track record in that area has not been very good. The countries are unstable. Yes this is another Vietnam or as we leave Afghanistan we send the troops to Uganda.

When is this "getting involved in foreign country's problems" going to end?
What if communist China sent troops to our country to quell riots and "prevent rapes", you "cool" with that?

If there was a lawless army roaming the country side forcing children to engage in wholesale slaughter of entire towns and our own government and military had been unable to do anything about it for 20 years? I'd welcome anyone come to help with open arms.

Then welcome Jesus or someone, it's not my fuckling job. Don't you understand that US taxpayers pay taxes to the US for the good of the US ? You think I'm a Jew hater because I don't like the aid going to Israel ? You think that. You think I am an African hater becasue I don't like aid going to Uganda ? You think that. You think I am an Arab hater becasue I don't like aid going to places that are fucking richer than us ? You think I hate Germans because I see no fucking reason at for their aid from the US ? Fuck, their economy is actually alive, they really EXPORT some shit. You think what you want.

The fact is if you care about other countires you have the right to give them every fucking penny you have. Each and every one. But you have no right to give away my fucking money, and that is why I will NEVER pay taxes in this fucking country.

Let's have some DOMESTIC aid instead of foreign aid. You know Afghanistan got foreign aid, and at one time so did Iran, at times so did alot of other countries who the US government tried to buy.

I am sick of them buying their friends with taxpayer money and fucking over the taxpayer as much as they possibly can.

I almost have to say that I don't have much against those who relocate their companies out of the US, and do everything they can to avoid US taxes, because paying US taxes is throwing your money into a fucking dumpster.

Senator James Inhofe (R-Oklahoma) cheered President Obama’s decision to send 100 troops to Africa to act as advisors in the search for Joseph Kony, the leader of the Lord’s Resistance Army. “For more than two decades, the Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA) has murdered, raped, and kidnapped tens of thousands of men, women, and children in central Africa,” Obama said in a letter to Speaker of the House John Boehner (R-Ohio) and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate Daniel Inouye.

Obama cited the Lord’s Resistance Army Disarmament and Northern Uganda Recovery Act of 2009 as justification for sending 100 US troops to Africa. “I have authorized a small number of combat equipped US forces to deploy to central Africa to provide assistance to regional forces that are working toward the removal of Joseph Kony from the battlefield,” Obama wrote. According Obama’s letter, the first elements of the US military group were deployed to Uganda on Wednesday, August 12.

Then worldly and sane are opposites. None of this shit is operating in the best interests of those who pay. If you think that's OK I'll take pride in being less worldly.

Hey, how about the next time you pay for a car they give it to someone else ? Or maybe you pay your rent or house payment and they let a bunch of OTHER people live there instead of you. Taxes are not a fucking charity, they are for maintenance of THS country, no other.

Make sure that worldly doesn't get a sunburn.

Im tired of weak-kneed politicians doing things half assed and getting our people killed.

Status: offline 		So Obama sends troops into a foreign country on August 12, but does not even tell congress for 2 months. As to the Lord’s Resistance Army Disarmament and Northern Uganda Recovery Act of 2009, it not exactly a law it more like a Marshall Plan that it is bill to support stabilization and lasting peace in northern Uganda and areas affected by the Lord's Resistance Army through development of a regional strategy to support multilateral efforts to successfully protect civilians and eliminate the threat posed by the Lord's Resistance Army and to authorize funds for humanitarian relief and reconstruction, reconciliation, and transitional justice, and for other purposes. There is no provision to send Troops. Lot's of money, how many US Tax dollars disappeared in Afghanistan, something in around 8 Billion!

This is a matter for the African National Congress (Their version of NATO) to deal with.

Obama's decision commits U.S. forces to help confront a rebel group that has drawn international condemnation for decades of chilling violence, including hacking body parts off victims and the abduction of young boys to fight and young girls for use as sex slaves.

While the U.S. military has maintained a large base in Djibouti since 2003, the latest mission marks an expanded role in conflicts in sub-Saharan Africa by putting U.S. troops in the field to support local forces in direct combat with insurgents.

"I have authorized a small number of combat-equipped U.S. forces to deploy to central Africa to provide assistance to regional forces that are working toward the removal of Joseph Kony from the battlefield," Obama said.
