OP - we're a diverse bunch here. I personally try to talk to everyone as I would across the dinner table. However, I am quite fond of Hannah. She is often quite wise if you are able to distill her words for the wisdom therein.

Additionally, if something really triggers you, that is often signaling an opportunity for growth. However, sometimes people are just douchecanoes. Just don't respond to the ones that annoy you.
