Status: offline 		I've noticed that some doms wear a tight collar/band around their necks sometimes, does that have a particular meaning behind it, in comparison to the submissive's collar. I see it sometimes in the vanilla world, so it may be a fashion thing.

As a straight female lifestyle Domme, I wear a subtle pendant with a particular symbol on it, and would NEVER wear anything resembling a collar.

Yes.  It means they wanted to wear it.  For some people collars are just fashion accessories and not some BDSM wedding ring replacement.

Ah, thanks for your input, I agree that this pic is vanilla but I wouldn't say it's 'wank-fodder porn', personally I consider that dom-collar (that is usually a choker without a ring) pretty dang hot, I've seen other ladies wear them in the vanilla world, like Harley Quinn! Oh and this is one my favorite pics, I know the dom lady's size is mostly an illusion because she's standing closer than the slave, and he's hunched over while she's standing up straight, and she's got super-high heels on, lol. Still she still taller than him, I love that in femdom stuff!

I agree with this. Chokers are fashionable separate from BDSM collars. They just look hot and pretty and can match an outfit well as any nice accessory should.

Status: offline 		I have a leather collar that says Master on it(it was a gift) the livein has one that says Servant. We have a set of collars that lock together with a chain...so he can only get so far away hahaha. I have a large leather collar that has spikes, but it is mostly a "goth" thing. Commonly I wear a necklace. In the back there is a ring. From the ring hangs the key to the liveins chains. The necklace means a lot to me so I wear it most of the time. The rest are either for show or play. People have different tastes so they wear what they like.
