Agirl, you could try training as a lawyer.
Both Hillary Clinton and Cherie Blair acquired a complete arse shortly after qualifying.

This is very much about NOT poking fun. At all. About anyone. For anything physical!.......... Forget the larger ladies. It could be big tits, small cocks,  broad shoulders, skinny thighs, fat ankles, lumpy bits, grumpy bits, hairy eyebrows, short eyelashes.....Need I go on?...ANYTHING.

Maybe we SHOULD do all sorts of things, but as we don't tend to, let's give a helping hand and maybe we will.

I see I missed the point of this thread.

I wasn't saying you were poking fun, I didn't realise the focus of your thread was to ask for help I thought it was more about what I talked about. the idea that everyone has something they worry about and maybe thats ok, seeing as many people since have talked about their own worries that seems true, hence the tone I used. I am sorry been a long time since I have posed here, forgot how it can be.

Height is the only thing a human cannot change, which is why in a last case scenario when a woman is looking to hurt men, she always picks on the short ones. After all, she says, as she sits there broke, with her four children, at 5'3 and 300 lbs with bad teeth and no tits "I can lose weight, I can buy new tits and teeth, I can get a new job and more, and I've got my kids to support me! But you'll always be short, ha ha ha ha ha short guy", knowing that the man who is 5'8-5'9 (5-6 inches taller than her) will still be hurt by her statement because of decades of discrimination for no fault of his own, regardless of how hard he worked on his education, his body and his life, he still gets picked on by a short obese midget bitch with bad teeth, 4 kids and a drug habit.

If you don't think something is wrong, YOU might be the problem.

hmmm seems you are not quite right about that

http://www.cosmcenter.com/height-increase.htm... to just share one site ,,,

I am not saying its smart or needed  ,,,, but its no less smart than being an angry short man .. rather than an enjoyable person

I hear ya there agirl, I only have the one painful hip but I hope someone chimes in with good advice, chronic pain is exhausting.

How about you cover the costs which are about $30,000? Better yet, how about you get it done so you can be anywhere close to my height?

Women are the only ones who care about how tall a man is! MEN DO NOT CARE HOW TALL THEY ARE OR HOW TALL WOMEN ARE OR AREN'T!

Losing weight is free...

everyone please don't let this joker derail what has been a pretty positive thread. seriously, he has two circus-tent threads already, he doesn't need a third. ignore him and keep this thread on topic, please.

Shut the fuck up, no reparations or welfare for you.

The only reason you don't want me to 'derail' this thread is that basically everyone here is going 'la la la, I'll just agree' instead of arguing the topic.

The point of topics is to argue and debate.

If you just want to hold hands and agree, why even bother posting?

You have offered very good advice, range of motion is rarely considered when developing body mass and often restricted when targeting. The whole body in its entirety should be the focus.

Look you have a great deal to offer, I too can argue with dunderheads or recognize failed crude attempts to insult or the thinly veiled insecurities driving them but you can actually share a wisdom some of these ladies are eager to hear and learn from. Just offer positive informed advice and allow the rest to fall on deaf ears.

Who is that in your pic, Frank Zane? Looks like one of the golden era.

Yes, please. Thanks Lilly. It's been really nice and refreshing to have a positive thread, without any snipey remarks and with lots of advice for those things that other people here have first-hand experience with.

They've flourished in Russia for decades, and with the MMA explosion here in the US they became really popular. But what's holding them back from becoming mainstream is that they really do suck.

Grin..... Yes, I'm quite used to working with free-weights and BP classes but after my first kettlebells class I couldn't move for 3 days. NO exaggeration. It got easier after a week or so until my hips just couldn't take it and I had to pack it in. It's definitely a tough workout.

tazzy's link had some really great information on hips.

Oh yes, leg or hip problems permeate everything as it's hard to not use them. Thank god that I found that cycling doesn't affect mine at all, so I feel really free and happy when I'm pelting miles on my trusty bike.

But all the same, you still have to walk so all any any advice is always SO welcome. One tip I got a few months ago was to sting the area with nettles. M was strangely keen to *help* out with that! He even found and picked the nettles!......... After he did one hip I was writhing, yelling and crying and he had to order me to stay there for the other hip. It was so bloody awful that even if it had relieved the pain in my hips, I think I'd rather have suffered.

One plus point though........my bum swelled up nicely and was plump for about 3 hours, 'though the rash made it look as if I had bags of tapioca wedged under the skin......lol
