Reading this topic makes me SO glad Im a guy.

Guys are supposed to have wrinkles, grey hair/missing hair, calloused feet, scars, chin hairs, butchered nails, assorted odors etc.

WHEW

But, I'm also glad you ladies are soft n smooth n smell good.

We graciously accept your appreciation [:D]

(and I do have scars, grey/missing hair, and some other stuff which my Other Attributes disguise nicely!)

Nine and Hilly---sucking up, a good skill to have!! My scars are many, but my hair is on my HEAD, so it's all good.

Semisweet, you are right about keeping track of food. I know I make some folks laugh when I say, No, I had a coke yesterday, or some such, but I really am a sugar fiend and have to monitor those "treat" calories and keep track of what I ate, and when. It's especially hard since I very rarely feel hungry, so I don't always eat at all during the day.

I prefer the term schmoozing.

Because you llike how it sounds? But that to me is just cocktail party small talk. Are you being insincere? Sad face!

I prefer the term "Trying to tempt Hibbie to explore her sub side" [8D]

Sweet, sweet Hilly. Why don't you get that there doesn't have to be a sub? [8D]

Frequently ironic oft laconic, rarely facetious
Mainly playing for laughs.

It's the best way to get a woman into the sack.

Like you've never tied anyone up and teased em until they were a quivering bag of hormones and arousal..........well, OK, I have too but that's not the point.

HARUMPH.

Well I am very interested in the skin suggestions! I have cotton pajamas, I have sugar/salt/oil, let's see what happens.

I have the dry skin.... but my nails have become thicker over the years. Now, I have trouble cutting them with clippers. Ugh! Its maddening!

My toenails break, they're so thin~ The salon guys don't get it when I say SHORT!! EXTRA SHORT!!

Vitamins and my digestive system are not friends...I swear it must be something in the binders. Dad has the same issue. Evening primrose, huh?

You lot get your toenails done?? Wow, now that is like the ultimate luxury, surely!

I go for pedicures about once a month and about every other week I go for a brow waxing. It's my small ways of indulging in myself.

The only problem is I just moved here to Baltimore and I have yet to find a place that I absolutely want to go to all the time and I don't know any females around here who go to the salons or spas so can't get their reviews of places. Blah.

The hunt continues for a wonderful place. UGH.

I plan on adding massages to my list of indulgences soon lol.

Do an online search via yellow pages and read the reviews of each. You might get a better idea of what is available and what they are like.

Don't take hot showers. It draws the moisture out of the skin. It may feel good while you're in the shower but you'll pay for it after with dry skin. Also rub the moisturizer in while you're still damp from drying off. The pores are still open from the water and the lotion will seep in better.

Drink lots of water
eat plenty of greens

littlewonder -> RE: Body stuff, NOT just weight! The whole nine yards. (10/31/2011 12:14:27 PM)

yeah I've done that and I've gone to a few places that were recommended online but even still I just haven't found that right person for me.

You know..that person who takes the time and doesn't make you feel like a number and who listens to you and understands what you want. That's one of the bad things about moving...having to find salons, doctors and stuff all over again after you've built up a rapport with your other ones.

LaTigresse -> RE: Body stuff, NOT just weight! The whole nine yards. (10/31/2011 12:16:25 PM)

Indeed I do and yes that sucks.

(That might be why I cut my own hair and do most all of that other stuff myself too... Just didn't want the hassle.)

LillyBoPeep -> RE: Body stuff, NOT just weight! The whole nine yards. (10/31/2011 12:22:09 PM)

I do all of my "stuff" myself, too. I would like to go to a salon and get my hair blown out and see how long it really is. I don't have a lot of experience with blow-outs.

A really good blow out for long hair is tough to do on your own (most of the time your arms aren't long enough and the angle is wrong).

Do you have any female friends who are good with that kind of thing? Maybe they could blow it out for you.
