Some people on the Walking Dead site have said that Lori needs to watch her son more and while I agree, if you watched the Talking Dead episode on Sunday, there is something even odder going on. The woman who plays Maggie was on Talking Dead and she said there is literally a baby sitting schedule in the house but the Carl erased it and nobody has noticed yet. That nobody has noticed means that nobody has been checking it and nobody would be fulfilling their part of the duties anyway.

If they gave the kid something productive to DO, he wouldn't be wandering off stumbling over zombies. [;)]

Corporal punishment, anyone? Grounding him from video games and tv isn't going to work!

True. Well, now the kid has a gun and had been up in the barn loft "keeping watch". I say make him wash some dishes and clothes, clean the house.

Since it appears he's a better shot than Andrea, any bets on which non-zombie he shoots by accident?

ok i havent posted here since last season.

Im so happy Dales gone. He was majorly pissing me off. Especially with his "Humane" views about the prisoner execution. Daryl beat some dangerous info out of the prisoner, and after that Rick and Shane were in agreement for once that the group should just knock him off. Too bad Carl had to show up and interupt Rick. Too bad Daryl didn't grab the gun and do the job.

Laurie is a bitc*. She just now apologized to shane. Shane's was in a tough spot. He went to great legnths to protect Laurie and Carl, along with the ENTIRE group. The apology was long over do. Not long before the apology Laurie looked like she was actually instigating things between Rick and Shane, saying "shane thinks me and carl are his, and he will do anything to protect them..." like she was implying Shane was plotting to kill Rick.

We knew the fist fight was going to happen between Shane and Rick. I was really hoping that afterward Shane would come around. But we now know that he didn't survive the field set up with Rick, after he killed the prisoner. Shane just snapped I think. Maybe it could have been avoided if Laurie wasn't such a bitc*, and if the group just executed the prisoner like planned. Too bad.

I saw a talking dead episode where Dave Navarro said he is Shane camp as opposed to the Rick camp. Well Im in the Daryl camp. I think Daryl is the strongest character. Rick will be a little overwhelmed for now on I think he just killed is best friend. Daryl knows whats right, and when push comes to shove he gets the job done. And when he's sick of the group, he goes off to his camp site by himself to clear his head, he doesnt get caught up in the personal differences.

I love Daryl!! He's my kind of man. Daryl is a survival, he's hard around the edges but with a deep, caring core. He'll eat raw squirrel, for crying out loud!! What did Lori have to apologize for? Shane very happily became 'second best' when they all thought Rick was dead and from what I gather, Shane had instigated their affair because he'd been in love with her for a long time. Kinda makes one wonder just why he couldn't get Rick out of hospital and had to leave him there to die (or become a zombie). In the end, Shane was completely losing it. There was something not quite right about that guy since he killed Otis and maybe even before then. Shane was jealous of Rick. If it were only that Shane was upset that the minute Rick showed up Shane lost most of his power within the group, it would be understandable, but Shane wanted everything Rick had.

Yes, Lori was trying to manipulate Rick when she told that stuff about Shane, but she wasn't lying either. And Rick isn't as dumb as he seems sometimes. He knew the score between himself and Shane. All three of them knew that eventually Shane would have to leave the group or one of the men were going to die. Shane took Rick to that field supposedly to shoot Rick, but if he really wanted to kill Rick, he would have pulled the trigger. Instead, he just egged Rick on with "I can protect Lori and Carl better than you.." and "I'm a better father to Carl than you". He was begging to be put out of his misery. It's really too bad Rick didn't shoot Shane in the head right then, stabbing him instead and forcing poor Carl to grow up far too fast.

well i have been watching all of season 3 today and got to see the premier of The Walking Dead.. it was great.. i loved it .... the last three episodes at the farm were great also... i cant wait until next week when it comes on again...

LillyBoPeep -> RE: The Walking Dead (10/15/2012 3:41:56 AM)

Whooo hoooo it's back!

Though the premier certainly left you with a cliffhanger. Sheesh!
I still absolutely despise Lori and feel absolutely no sympathy towards her whatsoever.

I still miss Shane (I don't care what anyone says, he was a great, well-done character).

I still don't like Rick all that much, even though they're trying to toughen him up. =p

Toppingfrmbottom -> RE: The Walking Dead (10/15/2012 9:31:38 AM)

I was rooting for Shane to get eaten by the zombies at the school. He let them out by breaking the window. He can feed em.

Also I felt like he was a loose cannon and crazy to boot.

I also don't think he shaved his head because he felt bad after oiling Otis. He cant walk around with a chunk of hair missing. It would make ppl question why.

Yachtie -> RE: The Walking Dead (10/15/2012 3:26:48 PM)

Daryl is the only true survivalist amongst them. Rick is a bit of a wimp when it comes to handling his wife. Now the blond curly haired chick, she's bad ass for a chick. But the real surprising one is Glen. If he ever gets it into his head to 'get real', he's the smartest one there.
