And that's just fine. Everyone has preferences. However, as women, we don't want to be a just a preference. We want to be a woman, a person, a human being, beyond our skin color. A lot of men get caught up in the picture of what they want and it seems that they forget there is a woman with a brain and feelings behind the picture. It's a difference between the sexes, men tend to hone in on what they're looking for, women tend to want a package of more than one thing and they get testy if they think that they're 'just' a characteristic to someone. I used to be big, I was fat. I had no luck on the traditional dating sites till I went to one for BBW's and then holy cow things took off because there are men out there who love big women. But I was always uncomfortable. I knew I'd lose weight eventually, which I did, and then I wondered if these same men would still find me attractive or interesting when I wasn't what they wanted externally. Do you see what I"m getting at?
