Something REALLY did happen. You believe the baby was fake?

whether that allows them to make that decision for their offspring is a can of worms that needs not be opened at this time.
earth to dingleberry, that can of worms is what the whole fucking thread is about.

Termyn8or -> RE: Faith healing (11/3/2011 9:57:14 PM)

OK, worms were invented before hospitals and so were we. Those people beat the law of nature, that is they survived. They survived where there was food and whatever, they survived where there was not too much disease,. They survived where they didn't get eaten by something. That was nature.

And now you all stand diametrically opposed to nature. Kink and homosexuality is natural, drugs are natural, air conditioning in your car is natural, plasma TVs are natural. Aspartame is natural as well as SSRIs, calcium blockers, soaps with chemicals in them nobody knows, rinsed off with water that nobody knows what is really in it. This washes down food that is fraught with hormones that cause cretin cows to make more money, and quitting smoking is a fucking waste of time in ANY major US city.

But nature is now unnatural. All those who lived before us died. We were borne by abiogenisis.

No, the fact is they survived because they could. Some coudn't, and THAT process of natural selection is what made the human race strong enough to survive to this day. And now we thwart that process with this ridiculous belief that everyone needs to live.

I think it's ridiculous that we even have an argument about euthenasia. I wouldn't have a doctor do it, I would do it my fucking self. If I cannot survive I will die. Exceptions exist. Broken bones, stabbed or something like that I go get patched up, but they have never done shit for me when it came to a disease.

The world was different. We wanted more people. I don't say shoot them all and let "God" sort them out. Let "God" sort them out and then bury them.

Or me. My day comes, I won't be bitching. Death is part of life. A soldier would die for a fucking oil company. If my death leaves a little more room, makes life better for the the rest of everybody, why not ? It's better than risking your life for four fucking dollar a gallon gasoline.

It seems that now it's natural for war to be the "natural" selector.

I ain't hip with that. I ain't cool with that. You wanna persecute someone, get on the fucking war mongers.

T^T

HannahLynn -> RE: Faith healing (11/3/2011 11:18:52 PM)

oh fuck off with that laws of nature shit.

i have a news flash for you, human beings are natural, we are native to this fucking planet, we're part of nature. so any fucking thing we do is natural.

sweet mary's dusty quim, you don't really think shit through do you old chum?

Termyn8or -> RE: Faith healing (11/3/2011 11:35:38 PM)

I thought it through. You have an axe, I know how to use it.

I don't give a fuck about death. I only have a minor concern about my own. Some of my people's funerals were the best parties in town.

The lack of fear of death is at the crux of my being. It is the core of freedom really. There is always someone out there with the ability to kill you. Welcome it and you are free because there ain't a fucking thing anyone could ever threaten you with to make you do anything.

Well that is only true to a point, there can be fates worse than death, but to implement them takes effort, so if you haven't given someone a reason don't worry about it.

Someone posted a link to George Carlin on abortion. I think it's worth a watch.

Iamsemisweet -> RE: Faith healing (11/3/2011 11:49:34 PM)

Last year a couple from this same church was convicted of letting their 16 year old son die from a congenital urinary defect, rather then get medical treatment for him. He died pretty horribly, but the kid said he didn't want treatment. The kid's sister and her husband were convicted the year before of letting their 18 month old baby die. This church seems to consist of only a few, inner bred families.
