I don't see why OWS needs to come into this, Sanity. It seems like the story is the White House deciding they can ignore a subpeona because they didn't have enough partisan votes of their own to block it. Perhaps our President and his counsel would do well to reflect on his own words from a couple years ago, and recall that elections have consequences. Any White House documents that mention Solyndra, is "too broad" a request? It's the cover-up that gets them.

I don't know if it's hypocrisy, Sanity, or cognitive dissonance. They want government to make things better, so a case study in government incompetence, and maybe straightforward corruption, might give them an upset stomach.

Hysterical much [:D] I usually ignore most of your wild-eyed cackling and ranting but, as to Bushs admittedly very liberal spending, much of that was due to the Pelosi House though I was pissed that he never vetoed a single spending bill. I dont know of anyone who supported the massive spending back then. Truthfully, Bush was nothing more than the better of three evils - there was he, Al "couldnt carry his own state" Gore, then John "did I mention I am a great war hero" Kerry. I agree that its too bad that the TEA Party wasnt formed until after the end of the Bush presidency when the spending went from inane to hyperinsane, but no, no one in the Tea Party supported Pelosis spending, so youre either delusional or willfully ignorant. When Obama started pushing his own massive porkulus programs and preaching his "spread the wealth" mantra and began plunging us into debt faster than all the presidents before him combined was when shit hit the fan, and obviously Bush never preached spread the wealth. You want to talk WMD, which the wild eyed woman is swinging swinging wildly now, practically every Dem voted to give Bush the authority to go into Iraq, and nearly every Dem continued to vote to support the cost of combat operations, so they own that and the WMD thing too. NOW your peace prize president has began collecting trophy heads and youre alright with that, arent ya. He is only leaving Iraq because the Iraqis are demanding we leave... but youre still drinking that funny tasting kool-aide no matter what. Hypocrisy...... Thy name is Lucy.

Yeah, and I know it sure as hell aint coming from the right wing. Same thing happens every time we elect one of the fuckers. We deregulate the biggest crooks on the planet. More money ends up in the hands of the rich. Regular people have their civil liberties violated, wars are started, and our country ends up in debt. Regan, Bush I and II, all horrible presidents that helped make the mess we have now.
