Won't it if the person putting together their profile also does their part to fill out what they're looking for? I've noticed that when I have "friends only" checked, I get much fewer views on my profile. I assumed it was because I wasn't showing up in men's search results.
Wouldn't it be much more simple when signing up or modifying your profile to have something that says "Status" and simply select an option to say "Single, looking" or the like? To me how it would work like is if you were in a relationship and not looking, you'd no longer be apart of that list of those looking, you avoid a lot of people that simply look at your picture and want to bang you naturally, and that is that.
Don't quote me on this since I don't sit around and constantly reload the main page but I do believe you still show up in search results still even if you are looking for only friendship. But I could be wrong.
I think it's six-of-one or half-dozen of the other. I could check off a box marked "Looking" or I could check off the option marked "Seeking dominant men." And when I search, I could leave it to the default "Not specified" or I could narrow it to the choices I only want to see, such as dominant men looking for submissive women. I think, maybe, the options to pick these choices are lumped in and not really highlighted - maybe they should be so more people would fill them out when they do their searches.
I actually like the current setup versus a generic "Looking" because it's quite specific as to what we're looking for.
