That's exactly it. I read "public" meaning literally out in a public area. You just mean in a private, controlled atmosphere. Have you looked into a sex club? I've never been to one, so I don't know the rules. I do know the private dungeons & fet clubs in my area don't allow masturbation/penetrative sex. Perhaps you could throw a humiliation party and invite people to watch/ignore you.

I agree. One of the first scenes Steve and me ever did together was like that but we had to find a back street seedy club to do it in and in this day and age that wasn't that easy!

I have to admit that I don't like seeing wanky men in main stream fet clubs. One jacked off on my shoe once whilst I was in the middle of a scene with someone else and I nearly killed the guy. I wouldn't recommend you find such a club to do this in because you have a high chance of rejection, meaning your ass gets kicked out quicker than you can get your zipper up. Seems like a reasonable way to live it out is with a smaller group who know it's coming and not spring it on anyone, even if the atmosphere would allow it. The point could be made anyway.
