That makes absolutely no sense. So someone can't be trusted unless they make a report but once they do, they can?
If they were lying before the report, the report makes it legit or vice versa?

I suspect that even if Mr. Cain was proven guilty of sexual harrassment in a court of law by a 12 person jury and sentenced by a judge to a fine and/or jail time - his supporters (such as yourself) would still claim he was innocent and the victim of "left-wing media".

Mark Block is one of the worst campaign managers.He also has a "shaky" past, while they`re pointing out shaky pasts.

They knew about this in '02' so they must have made an early decision to go ahead anyway and planned in advance to attack anyone who might come forward.

They already had the racism charge loaded up ,fucking ass-holes,the "liberal media attack" poop-stock cooking on the stove,ready to serve and a plan to attack the individuals, one by one.

They already had the fake outrage and fake indignation act worked out when they lied about even knowing about any allegations.

Calculating,shameless,disgraceful.

Block has mishandled this from the start,only making himself look inept and lost.



They also knew they`d have a boat load of dupes they could count on.

Status: offline 		Obama would be running his Presidency a lot better if he was mauling stuff and shooting, rather than running away screaming in a high pitched voice as soon as somebody raises their voice and trying to stop the GOP elements of both houses fillibustering by pulling a grovelling act so fawning Steppin' Fetchit would find it a bit much.

Status: offline 		Lying? I think calling what Cain's adviser said a lie is too strong a term. Wishful thinking actually. It was a mistake but not a lie. Nobody from Cain's campaign came on Fox to lie.

If we want an example of a lie let's examine Clinton's "I did not have sex with that woman" statement. Clinton did not say this because of bad information, as if Clinton's father somehow miss-led Clinton on what activities come under the description "sex", but because he portrayed something he new false as the truth. Remember Representative Wiener (D)? Another classic example of lying rather than being miss-taken.

Hey, I see a pattern and perhaps better question presented, "If the Democratic party has so many elected lairs can we trust them?"

Back on Cain's speaker, I think he was mistaken on both counts but not "lying" and the difference is such statements are too easy to fact check to think anyone would go on any show and simply "lie". That is the difference. When people lie on national TV they are only doing so if they think no body can fact check the lie. Like Clinton or Wiener. Not Cain's speaker or adviser, clearly.

So, you think the timing of all this is just coincidental or some good people trying to save us from a man without character, like Clinton or Wiener (D) ? I think you are mistaken, but not lying.

I also sense that voting Republicans and Independents hear this on TV and ignore it knowing, as we have over the years watched such attacks from both sides of the asle, that this is done to trigger the fear emotion and so influence the masses and their votes. The fear of losing their SS benefits, fear of not getting health care, fear of a president who hires liers and is therefore clearly untrustworhy and might take their SS benefits or their 401k or their doctor. But, the masses do not vote in America, they sit on the couch and watch reality TV.

So, my sense is this is insignificant.
