If you really want to be disturbed watch the 2007 film, "The Girl Next Door." Based on the Sylvia Likens story. Also on the, "NocturnalStalker's morbid fascination gets the better of him" film-list is A Serbian Film. Shockwhore at its finest.

The American version of the Ring was really bad. But the original movies were pretty scary.

Seconding "Waterworld". I can't believe i almost forgot "Pirates of the Carribean". And i have to add "The Sixth Sense". Well, Pretty much anything by M. Night Shyamalan. pam
