he isnt a politician
well, hes a liar and he flip flops and changes his mind according to who is paying him
but he hasnt got the veneer of politics down to an art.
Imagine all these flip flops being assigned to a lib?
he might charm the knickers off a nun as a "business" genius" but he hasnt got the honeyed tongue of a politicial lying machine..

First you say he isn't a politician and then you give a real good definition of a politician in the second line. Make up your mind already. Flip flopping, lying and taking money...sounds like he would fit right in either house on either side[8|]

I would like to clean both houses and start new, but we would just fill it up with the same thing so what's the point?

The point is to keep voting them out until they get the point. Eventually someone will step up to the plate, then someone else, until the house is clean. A defeatist attitude is no solution to any problem.

No he doesn't. It's a shame, when I first heard about him I thought we might have a decent candidate, but after hearing about him for the past couple months I have given up that hope.

while I have not much but contempt for him now, I liked his "outward shell", his ability to make a joke and take one, his down to earthness, but its all pants and no package. Not for politics anyway. he is too "green" which could have been a good thing, but his changing course/mind/flipflops is disasterous and makes him not a viable candidate for leader of the free world.

When he started race-baiting the president, that was all I needed to know.

When has this particular problem been different? We have had 200+ years to vote the scoundrals out.
It would appear that the game is rigged.

tazzygirl -> RE: Cain threatens other possible accusers... (11/13/2011 4:10:49 PM)

No, it would appear that we, as voters, have not been as diligent as we should have been. Again, a defeatist attitude is no solution to any problem.

The Right will, however, because they're aware the stereotypes exist and they're totally happy perpetrating them and playing on them to scare or shame people.

This is the part I find so hysterical. And when they get their reaction they point the finger at those who become offended by their statements.
And I actually now wonder if they believe that if they click their red slippers together enough times and repeat the lies, that they'll end up in Kansas.

slvemike4u -> RE: Cain threatens other possible accusers... (11/13/2011 4:22:02 PM)

Who the fuck wants to be in Kansas anyhow?

For 200+ years???

Again, a defeatist attitude is no solution to any problem.

The recognition of a rigged game is not a defeatist attitude.

tazzygirl -> RE: Cain threatens other possible accusers... (11/13/2011 4:33:27 PM)

The recognition isnt... the lack of desire to keep trying to change it is.

SerialAnythings and Republicans based on the ruby slippers philosophy of living. With the Republicans, the slippers are part of what makes the magic happen. In the first case, they're usually just found by the roadside... EMPTY.

How do you fix a rigged game?

tazzygirl -> RE: Cain threatens other possible accusers... (11/13/2011 4:47:30 PM)

In politics, you break the power and money supply... vote them in... if they dont produce... you vote them out.

ArizonaBossMan -> RE: Cain threatens other possible accusers... (11/13/2011 4:48:11 PM)

This is from the democrat/leftist playbook. This is how they roll. Let them try. Meanwhile, ole rapist Bill Clinton? Not a problem with him, according to the National Association of Gals (NAG). Hey, it was only about sex, so anything goes right? Note when women came forward to accuse this #$%$ of a president of RAPE, the left and DNC and press (all part of the same) attacked the WOMEN. Not so in this case. What bubble headed U.S. Senator who was a democrat say, "What matters is the seriousness of the charges; not that they are true." Frankly, I'm still puzzled how any man, that's MAN not some actor on GLEE, can be a democrat today.
