Never claimed to be a legal scholar. However I am in the fact based actuall news world. as opposed to your Propagandic rantings I'm sorry jack, but the only person ranting here is you. And you actually did kind of elect yourself to be some kind of authority on what is real. So how come you can't take being called on your mistake like a man? THE FACTS are simple Zuccotti Park aka Liberty Plaza is in fact owned by a private conservatory and THEY have given permission and on NUMEROUS OCCASIONS refused to sign various evisction complaints. The City of New York is using highly creative law and mayoral edicts to have a 'writ' to even enforce. Since the land is essentially still private land, and the city is relying on a thin at best agreement to partner in the park's maintenance as a basis for eviction, never mind a whole list of personal property, and civil rights violations, is far into the WRONG column when it comes the abidance with the law. What the protesters did was take the eviction matter (which is only the first matter the city will be hauled into court on), into the appropriate jurisdiction. When you wish to remedy a faulty eviction in MOST states, the first stop is the land court. You can't INVENT JURISDICTION buddy ... THAT'S THE REAL WORLD you speak of. Maybe you ought to join it.
