The latest - they're planning to claim that any violation of the TOS of any website could be considered a federal crime. No basis in existing law or in sanity - the entire point is to give them leverage when chasing cybercriminals. In other words, they want to criminalize the whole damn cyberworld so they can threaten people.

Simply misrepresenting on the Net would become a federal crime.

And then how does this work offshore? Where are they going to hold people after they arrest them for this? We have one football stadium here at Coastal Carolina U
San Fran has the cow palace, NYC has Giants and Jets stadium.
Look at the logistics alone! How do you round up, arrest, and then feed and provide sleeping facilities and medical care for 100,000 people never mind 80 million people?
