That's some exclusive trailer park. Do they have barkoloungers in the park liquor store so you don't have to leave when you do your little cracker barrel scenes?
Unfortunately they turned the exclusive trailer parks into beach resorts. Prime residential space gone commercial, so sad. I'll have to pass on the rest of your post since I dont know what a "park liquor store" or a "cracker barrel scene" are.
