The test is flawed. Not specific enuff. A mother will fight to her death for her chilld. People walk away with pens that belong to others all the time. Civility sometimes requires a white lie.
On the other hand. If 10 humans were drowding in the ocean- by nature they would climb on top- drowning teh other if possible.
Evil is realitive. failing to tihe 10% to the church- and murder arent quite the same thing.
Some of the guys in prison are backed into the wall...
case in point. Neglect to pay child support in this town- go to jail. Get a record- many employers wont hire you. Then there are jails now charging room and board. Throw in fines and costs- it does little to solve the issue- of feeding the kid.
Of course- popular opinion is all jails are bad- all there should be there. Reagan doubled the prison population by his drug war.
Now bush has a bigger boogieman.... trrrst. which can now result in enemy combatant label, extrordinary rendition. "it wont happen to me" .[not withstanding property seisures for drugs which has trickled down to prostitution crimes as well.] Those evil sec workers! Those evil party people!!!! *g*
...well CODEX - a WTO thing is standardizing vitamans and supplements. CAFTA sealed that. If you want a vitamin that exceeds your reccommended daily allowance, you need a drs rx, under codex. [already law in parts of EU] so a $5 jar of 500 mg vit C- could run $140.
