Status: offline 		You can all see why I had to keep two of them and was pretty down to have to get rid of the other two, anyway. They were just gorgeous. No idea what cats she went with to produce those lovely kitties, though. Naughty pussy...

Status: offline 		This is my newest addition, Little Bit. Had a bit of a rough start, but he's doing fine now. Jumps on his big brother every chance he gets! He brings the household up to 5.....I'm halfway to crazy cat lady status.

There are three more little babies in teh bushes again...this batch is Sissy's third litter. A yellow tiger, a gray tiget and a gray solid one. 'm going to start socializing them and find homes. Then I'm going to get osme drugs fromthe vet and get all three of them spayed/neutered. There's a place here that will do ferals for almost nothing. Now that I've got the second job, maybe I can afford it.

And mine try to sneak out at every opportunity. Sometimes they make it, sometimes they don't. Depedns on whether I see them go or not. Sneaky little bastages! They don't understand the concept of roads or cars, and all the dogs they know are firnedly, so they wouldn't run til it was too late. They are leash trained, so we go out that way sometimes.

Status: offline 		What's good here is that if you're on benefits(welfare), you can get your cats neutered for free. There's no way I'd have been able to afford having my three done if I hadn't have had that help from Cat Sanctuary. I'd have thought that sort of thing would be available all over, really.

Status: offline 		BHG, the place here does vet care for reduced prices. They also have a pet food bank which I have taken advantage of every so often. Unfortunately, when Little Bit's eye got infected and finally needed to be removed, I couldn't get hold of them...voicemail sux!...but I found a vet here that did the surgery for $300 less than he usually charged, gave him his first shots, and wormed him, and is letting me pay it off in payments. I was hoping I could save the eye, but even getting him antibiotic drops when it first started getting puffy didn't help. He and KB always play, and I'm pretty sure that LB's eye got scratched, and that's what started it.

The vet was amazed at how well he's healed, and at how big he got in just a matter of 10 days. He gained a pound....trust me, he never misses a meal, and will push the big 'uns out of the way and eat theirs too! Oinker! But losing the eye hasn't slowed him down a bit....he charges around here like a locomotive! Jumps on his brothers, he's up and down on the furniture, windows, counters.....nothing stops him! But he still curls up with me at might to sleep. For now, he's good, but when he gets bigger, I don't think he's going to be under my chin too much!
