Just a quick bump to update what I said before.

I found out last Monday that I got the job, and started work last Tuesday. Thank the Gods for gainful employment!

HYORP! Doing well here. :) Have a wonderful group of people I call my family, have a growing business, have Christmas coming up real soon, have been on a hot streak as far as culinary creativity (loosely translated: I've been playing with my food a lot), have a beautiful and wonderful young man whom I love very much that calls me sir, have most of the comforts I want in life. Can't complain... except that I could certainly use a bit more sleep.

i have to update my stuffs here. Grades are still good and i now know that my Hubby was right about the um to be. She is doing well 162 heart rate at the ultra sound as well as she was showing that she was 21 weeks instead of 20 so the OB has the choice of changing my due date from May 2 to April 24. other than that its business as usual doing school work.

Been in LA for a while, my friend is getting stronger every day, I kicked smoking but I am not telling him that I stopped before I came over, so if he doesn't want to take his (rather painful and exhausting) exercises I moan about nicotine urges and that I might need to spark up, he starts trading his exercise for one of the 5 alotted cigs I have daily (and which I don't smoke but he doesn't know) and he has such fun crumbling a ciggy and throwing it out after the exercises, though I am running a little bit low when it comes to cigs, I put my "alotted ones" back into the package minus the ones he crumbles up. Might need to buy a 2nd package soon.

Oh bought a mobile with unlimited calls, so anybody on this side of the pond wanting to call - let me know.

Mrs. and I began counseling a couple of months ago and it’s been very productive. I am enthusiastic about our future.

She remains “not dominant or at all interested in anything kinky” but has become an enthusiastic practitioner of CBT, even suggesting we establish a system whereby I communicate to her when things become too intense.

I told her I thought that was a really smart idea. ; )

Professionally, I’m becoming more comfortable with my career change.

I feel … happy. It’s kind of scary. : )

So nice to catch up with your comings and goings, everyone :)
As for me, I can't believe Christmas is only a week away and my beloved Thing 2 will join the ranks of "teenager." Someone please tell me how this happened? *sigh*

In other news, Geoff and I are doing well. The kids and I spent four days with his family in Ohio over Thanksgiving and it went really well. I met tons of his extended family and they accepted us with hugs and smiles. Most of the wedding plans are penciled in and some of the contracts are signed, so I'm pretty happy about that. I'm hoping to order my wedding gown next month. We haven't picked a honeymoon spot yet, but still have time.

As Hibbie says, Huzzah! for my imaginary CM friends and my imaginary CM fiance!!! :)
