You've mentioned therapy before - I suggest you switch to a kink-friendly therapist. You'll be much happier if you own your kink.

Homosexuality used to be considered unhealthy too, but thankfully this viewpoint is no longer mainstream.

Why i s that, Steelslave? Was most of your enjoyment based in feeling "taboo?" Many people do feel that way.

I saw that also Lilly. I think that there is a certain percentage of people that only enjoy doing things that they think are edgy and wrong. Once it becomes more mainstream and less 'wrong' the thrill is gone.

I am going to guess it's a form of adrenaline junky type behaviour.

the quality of porn these days is also amaaaazing. between the technological explosion and the realities of a retrograde economy we are getting cheap, filthy porno with outstanding production values and occasionally some talented acting. in turn, people in real life are being inspired by the porn industry and to stay sexually hip people are becoming even weirder and raunchier. just like newton, if we have been filthier than others it is because we have stood on the shoulders of giants.

There are some things that are fun to mess with because they're seen as "wrong" or maybe even kida feel wrong, but as the over-archinng element of attraction, I don't understannd it.

I still like spaghetti, even though you cann get it at a lot of restaurants. :p

But if the whole motivation is shock factor, then the shock will wear off, and you either have to escalate, or find a new thrill. It is a lot like adrenaline-junkieism.

I never based my needs for kink on the outside world. Nor do I overtly expose it to the outside world. So the excitement and thrill is still there. And its also a good thing that it is becoming more accepted.

I did but I found she had her own agenda, like she seemed to think abuse was okay, whereas I don't, I mean if say a teenager gets aroused by abuse they have nowhere to turn to, if they do, they need to be taught do del with their root emotion rather than hand themselves over to indulge in something unhealthy.
