I'm not too sure what action the US should take if Bush the Dumber gets arrested for any of his many war crimes. I do know that I will be throwing a wild celebration party! Get real folks,ex-Presidents of the United States do not get arrested.Case closed. Now I am sure simply the thought of it as put smiles on a lot of folks faces,but let's face facts it just ain't ever going to happen. Perhaps George and Dick decide to never travel....but they aren't getting arrested...just won't happen.
