considering congress isnt in thehouse till when in january middle/end? ??? whats your point? what is he supposed to do?? it was expected, its nothing new, its part of the details when originally signed into being... the fact that everyone else is on holiday escapes you? Im sure he is busier than you have ever been in your entire life. of course Im sure you can explain away a non functioning congress as being his fault

This increase is part of the deal reached during the debt ceiling hostage taking last summer. The GOP can rush back in session and squeal about it but it will still happen.
