They can't. Even trying to extract such a promise in the first place is probably unconstitutional. They'd have more luck trying to legally enforce a Gorean slave contract than that bunch of nonsense, I suspect...

I hope they check drivers licenses, (GOP might want to fuck all that big government voter ID shit it is hurting them as badly as some of the other stupidity they are slinging around), I would hate to see Mickey Mouse showing up for a goof at the polling station and writing in Gingrich and failing his oath.
