Ballbusting is a form of cbt(cock and ball torure) on a more extreme level. It is not something I suggest someone take part in without knowing what they are doing. There are a great many medical implications that should be taken into thought, as well as practice, because done wrong it can easily put a mans life in danger.

In general it's abusing testicles in a rather extreme way by using blunt force - usually hitting or kicking. I'm not assuming that you'll go ahead and do this, but it's one of those things that if you don't know what it is and how to do it, please don't take it upon yourself to provide this for someone. It takes a lot of skill and knowledge so you don't irreparably hurt someone. It's kind of like saying to the public at large "I don't know how to drive a car, can someone tell me how to do it?" and then dealing later with how an explanation cannot cover every single thing that happens in real life, and the consequences are too great to just take your chances.
