Since I've been able to let my true self shine, I've always thought that it is going to help a lot if you're in a relationship with someone who enjoys giving oral, but I feel it's much more important that you're with the right person, or it wonn't matter how good they are, as it just won't feel 'right'.
If you meet the right person and they're not that good at it, there's always going to be time for them to learn to do it better, and have plenty of practice. If they're right for you, you'll have that patience, and it could be fun getting them to do it just how you want it done.
Of course, some people have a natural talent and liking for it when you meet them, so it makes it all the better when they can't get enough of giving you the orals, and it makes me feel very smug about it. [;)][:D]
Just to add: I do enjoy giving it, and I can honestly say I've never felt in the slightest submissive when I've got him tied down and he's at my mercy. I just choose to only do it now and then... [8D]
