SAMHAIN09 -> Why does she have to pay for this? (1/11/2012 4:30:29 AM)

Okay I just found out that a few months ago my Mistress was doing a session and this dick gropped her in the middle of the session and she knocked him to the ground and even she admits to losing her temper on this. In a blind rage she stomped the hand he used and broke his hand. Now he's sueing her I mean he violates her and she is the one paying for it. Personally I think he got what he deserved.

True, but there is such a thing as over-reaction.

LadyHibiscus -> RE: Why does she have to pay for this? (1/11/2012 4:44:35 AM)

And battery, there's that.

Your mistress didn't have to put up with being groped. However, she also didn't have the right to injure him - including broken bones - in return. She should have stopped the session, sent him away, and opted not to see him again. If as a prodomme she is not prepared for such actions on the part of a client, so much so that it sends her into a blind rage, she's not likely in the right profession.

Depending on your location, they are both open to prostitution charges now if he's going after her legally. That will hurt her far more than it will hurt him.

Um yeah. Her lack of control isn't a very good quality O_o

Not if she didn't have any sexual contact with him. There are pro-doms who do not have sexual contact with their clients, hence, there would be no prostitution charges.

LadyHibiscus -> RE: Why does she have to pay for this? (1/11/2012 6:17:40 AM)

Not so much, Blushes. Here in Michigan, there need be no contact, just the whim of the police for a costly legal battle.

In theory, no. But what legally constitutes "sexual contact" is usually open to interpretation and is arguable. I'd say people are fooling themselves if the guy is naked, tied up, and having his ass spanked if they interpret that as "no sexual contact."

Regardless...prostitution charges are a clear possibility.

Man, I'd be looking for a new owner. Anyone that physically damages her property in an out of control blind rage is not someone who I would be trusting.

If it were me, i would find the best baracuda lawyer i could and countersue the prick for sexual assault.. And doesnt a person have the right to defend themselves when they are assaulted? isnt that what she was doing? Imo, she really does need the best lawyer she can find.. not that he/she will be cheap either.. Did this guy call the cops about it? where charges laid against her? If not,.. then that just seems odd to me..

I am guessing she has assets or the guy wouldnt be suing her in the first place.. People that have been around the block usually have their assets protected so suing is pointless.. but the time to do that is well before any lawsuits occur..

seababy -> RE: Why does she have to pay for this? (1/11/2012 6:41:17 AM)

Why does she have to pay for this? Because it was a criminal act.
If it helps for you to put it into perspective, imagine that instead of it being your domme, its a male dom who has broken the hand of his female submissive in a fit of rage. Acts of violence no matter the gender are reprehensible.

My guess is you are going to ignore this red flag and continue in this relationship because you so want this to work and your probably a loyal soul.

Wishing you safety and happiness

Really, put this into a non kink perspective... some dude tries to put his hand up my skirt as I am passing his table at the pub. Smacking his hand away and telling him to keep it to himself is a proper reaction, along with keeping an eye on him. Knocking him off his chair and stomping him is what will get ME thrown out.

Anger management.

No. What she should do is settle.

I don't see many juries being to open to a professional sex worker crying rape when she got groped, but I do think a lawyer will cost about as much as a broken hand  and that the publicity cannot help her situation as a pro-domme. I mean, who goes to someone who loses control of a scene, cannot control her temper, damages clients and ends up in court and/or possibly the headlines?

Sub guy types can be all sorts of fucked up when it comes to some shit so maybe there will be a certain portion of guys who will be turned on by a hard ass domme, but few of em are gonna want to end up with their private lives splashed all over a court docket or newspaper.

Yeah, that'll do her business good.

Exactly.

Anyone that is so out of control as to go into a blind rage is not someone I would want to be around AT ALL. It is certainly not someone that should be leading others in a relationship.

OP.......when you come back here pissing and whining about how terrible this woman you've given yourself to, actually is. Do not expect a lot of sympathy. This incident is a huge red flag and if you are going to ignore it, it speaks more for your poor judgement than anything else. Right now, your dick is leading. When she figuratively, or literally, whacks it off........shame on you.

notthetongs -> RE: Why does she have to pay for this? (1/11/2012 7:00:05 AM)

Is he only suing for the medical costs?  If so, she should pay it.  I completely understand the anger, as I own a day spa and am groped at least once a week.  I've had clients grab my tush/chest, try to kiss me- one even tried to remove my scrubs. Terminate the session immediately, call the police if you must.  No matter how much you'd like to hit him in the throat with a fire extinguisher, it isn't considered self defense.

Crap, what kind of day spa has those issues???

lol well I wouldnt say the sympathy has been with her so far from the comments!..

First you countersue, then after that has sunk in a bit for the dude, then you try to settle..

Yes, of course fighting it out may not be cost effective for the Domme, but it also wont be cost effective for the guy suing her either..

I would also guess that she knows many of the other Pro Dommes and.. what has happened to her might not be very good for him either, should the other Dommes become aware of this situation.. especially if subs have a hard time to find a good Domme..

I guess this is a lesson on what can go wrong if this is your profession.. I hope she charges a good chunk that makes it all worth it all.. Its not my thing so..

LaTigresse -> RE: Why does she have to pay for this? (1/11/2012 7:08:16 AM)

Annnnnnnnnnnd, edited because apparently.........I cannot read plain english this morning.

She fucked up and over reacted. Now she has to pay the price for her immaturity.

Hopefully she learns something from this.

LadyHibiscus -> RE: Why does she have to pay for this? (1/11/2012 7:10:04 AM)

Tj, do you know how much a legal battle, even a small one, COSTS? Upwards of 15K, for a dinky deal.

I do hope that she can settle by just paying his medical charges.
